“Create to see yourself.” I loved this sentence because all my little creations, words and drawings, arts and crafts, have come to life from that idea.
Recently I realised that even though I create to see myself, the wish to be seen by others has grown in me. And that was one of the reasons behind me starting to share my creative side.
P.S. You got me hooked with the words 'book,' 'dragons,' and 'chess' — three things I love, hahah — so I'm looking forward to you publishing it (some of the most valuable lessons in life can be found in kids' books).
I’ve questioned myself about this often. I think it allows me to feel accomplished in a way, whether someone ends up appreciating what I’m sharing or not at all. Because in the end, I’m doing it for myself. If someone else takes any benefit from it, that’s a bonus.
I actually just wrote a post about drive and dreams where I briefly describe the way I see motivation and some other concepts that end up correlating with this. If you feel like checking it out, let me know if it clarified and what are your thoughts on it :)

Awww will def share as it develops. Nothing wrong at all with having that wish to be seen by others.
I’m curious what that motivation feels like for you and what it opens up for you. The why, the so what, and then what happens when “they” finally do?
